Created for every “Body”, this unique event brings together a triad of activities to fuel your mind, body and soul.

Set in the beautiful surrounding of the Laurel Creek Conservation Area, the Just Breathe Wellness Experience invites you to participate in a 5km fun run; outdoor guided yoga practice and outdoor guided meditation session.

We welcome you to walk, run, skip or dance your way along the 2.5 km loop trail taking you through the forest. Take this at your own pace, in your own time, and in your own way – just enjoy a full breath of fresh air along the way.

After the trail, come to your mat to join us in a gentle flow style yoga practice led by a local yogi. Partake in all of it, part of it, or just settle into Savasana and enjoy the surroundings – it’s really up to you!

To keep us in the bliss created by the yoga practice, a guided meditation session will begin. We will use the magic of our natural surroundings to step away from our thinking minds and enjoy the present moment.

Stick around for live music from the talented Jenny Howes Duo and peruse the wares from local artists, artisans and entrepreneurs who will be on-site on Market-Lane.
